About Fast Deflection
Fast Deflection increases the shield recharge rate of a Warframe and reduces the recharge delay, +90% at max rank. It is a quality-of-life survivability mod for shield-based builds.
It is a random drop from Capture missions on many nodes across the star chart, so there is no vendor. It works best on Warframes with large shield pools that regularly step out of fire to recharge.
Fast Deflection was added with Vanilla (October 2012).
