Expel Infested multiplies pistol damage against the Infested by x1.3 at max rank. It is a situational mod that you swap in for Infested missions.
It drops from Sabotage missions on Formido, Deimos, and from other sources in the official tables. Use it with a rapid-fire pistol against Infested swarms to get the most out of the faction multiplier.
