Enhanced Vitality increases the health of companions, up to +250% at max rank. It is a cheap, common mod to keep sentinels and pets alive for longer in mid-level and tougher missions.
The official drop tables list it as a random drop, and there is no vendor. Use it on a companion that does not rely on shields as heavily, or along with other companion survival mods.
Enhanced Vitality was added with Update 7.0 (March 2013).
