Electromagnetic Shielding is an Exilus mod exclusive to the Ack & Brunt. While you are blocking, it redirects 50% of damage taken by allies within 12 m to you and passes along their status effects too.
It was sold in the Dog Days event for 140 of its currency, and the wiki also lists random drop tables. It makes sense for a tanky shield user in a squad who wants to protect weaker teammates by soaking damage.
Electromagnetic Shielding was added with Update 18.10 (April 2016).
Electromagnetic Shielding is tradable, see the current prices in the market box above.
