Dreadful Killshot is an augment exclusive to the Basmu. For every 75 points of your current Warframe health, it grants additional damage and status chance, up to 360% at every rank.
The wiki only names the original source: reaching Rank 10 in Nightwave during Nora's Mix: Dreams of the Dead. It rewards players who keep their health high, so it fits tanky Warframes more than glass cannons.
Dreadful Killshot was added with Hotfix 40.0.4 (October 2025).
Dreadful Killshot is tradable, see the current prices in the market box above.
