Depleted Reload is a corrupted mod for sniper rifles. It reduces the magazine capacity, by 60% at max rank, and in exchange you reload faster, which suits single-shot snipers that rarely use a full magazine.
It drops from Orokin Derelict Vaults on Deimos nodes, apart from a few exceptions, and cannot be bought. Use it if your sniper has a large magazine you never empty, since the lost capacity costs you little.
Depleted Reload was added with Update 17.0 (July 2015).
Depleted Reload is tradable, see the current prices in the market box above.
Facts based on the Warframe Wiki (CC BY-NC-SA 3.0)
Depleted Reload is a random drop from Orokin Derelict Vaults on Deimos missions (not on the Cambion Drift and a few other nodes).
At rank 5: -60% Magazine Capacity; +48% Reload Speed.
