Critical Delay is a corrupted rifle mod that adds +200% critical chance at max rank while lowering the fire rate. It is a long-standing choice for crit rifles that fire slowly anyway.
It drops from Orokin Derelict Vaults on Deimos nodes, apart from a few excluded ones, and cannot be bought. Put it on semi-automatic or bolt-action rifles where the drop in fire rate hurts the least.
Critical Delay was added with Update 10.3 (October 2013).

Critical Delay is a random drop from Orokin Derelict Vaults on Deimos missions (not on the Cambion Drift and a few other nodes).
