Creeping Bullseye is a corrupted pistol mod. It adds a very large +200% critical chance at max rank, and the price is a lower fire rate.
It drops from Orokin Derelict Vaults on Deimos nodes, apart from a few excluded ones, so there is no vendor. Take it on slow, hard-hitting pistols or semi-automatics where fire rate matters less than crits.
Creeping Bullseye was added with Update 15.0 (October 2014).

Creeping Bullseye is a random drop from Orokin Derelict Vaults on Deimos missions (not on the Cambion Drift and a few other nodes).
