Cosmic Crush Augment: The black hole saps the area of heat, freezing enemies in range. Enemies near the black hole are completely frozen for |val|s.
Cold Snap turns Itzal's Cosmic Crush into a crowd-control tool: every enemy pulled in receives a Cold status effect, and those close to you are frozen solid for up to five seconds at max rank. The freeze duration scales with Ability Duration.
It drops from Eximus units in Archwing missions. The augment shines in space and on landscapes like the Plains of Eidolon via the Archwing Launcher, where it clumps enemies into a frozen group that your Archwing weapons can clean up.
Cold Snap was added with Update: Specters of the Rail 0.0 (July 2016).
