Cleaving Whirlwind is a stance for Heavy Blade weapons. It is a momentum-based stance with slow, sweeping swings that hit cones or radial areas around you, and its Sundered Tusk and Drifting Stampede deal bonus Slash.
It drops from Lua Spy missions, from some Deimos enemies such as Ancient Disruptors, and is a reward for completing weekly Conclave challenges. It can also be transmuted. Use it with heavy blades when you want wide hits.
Cleaving Whirlwind was added with Update 13.0 (April 2014).
Cleaving Whirlwind is tradable, see the current prices in the market box above.
