Cleanse The Murmur is a shotgun faction mod that raises damage against The Murmur. It is the newest member of the Cleanse family and only matters when you fight that specific enemy group.
There are no mission drop tables for it; instead, it comes from enemies such as the Lumbering Fragment and The Hollow Vein. Farm those targets directly if you want the mod, and equip it only in matching missions.
Cleanse The Murmur was added with Update 35.0 (December 2023).
