Cold+10% Reload SpeedCold+20% Reload SpeedCold+30% Reload SpeedCold+40% Reload SpeedChilling Reload is a rare shotgun mod that gives +60% Cold damage and also raises reload speed. It combines with Chilling Grasp and Frigid Blast for a combined Cold bonus of up to 210%.
The easiest source is easy Nightmare Mode missions, which appear on Mercury, Venus, Earth and Mars and give a high drop chance. Use it if your shotgun empties quickly and you want a stronger Cold element at the same time.
Chilling Reload was added with Update: Recurring Nightmares (October 2016).

Chilling Reload drops mainly from Nightmare Mode missions and Nightmare Rescue on the active Nightmare nodes, as shown in the in-game World State Window.
