Charged Chamber is a Primary mod for sniper rifles. The first shot from a freshly loaded magazine deals extra damage, which makes it a good fit for single-shot or slow-firing snipers.
It drops from Cetus bounties on the Plains of Eidolon, with a notable chance at the final stage, and from The Circuit in Duviri. Pair it with a sniper that reloads fast so the first-shot bonus is available as often as possible.
Charged Chamber was added with Update 8.0 (May 2013).
