Carnis Carapace is a Warframe set mod that raises Armor and Health, with a +55% Armor bonus at max rank. It is part of the Carnis set that also covers melee and secondary weapons.
It is farmed from Necralisk bounties on the Cambion Drift. Equip it alongside other Carnis mods to get the set bonus, which is a cheap way to add survivability on early to mid-level builds.
Carnis Carapace was added with Update 29.0 (August 2020).

Carnis Carapace is a random reward from Necralisk bounties on the Cambion Drift, so run those bounties to farm it.
