Buzz Kill is a rare melee mod that raises Slash damage by 20% per rank, reaching 120% at rank 5. It stacks with other Slash mods like Carnis Mandible, which makes it a favourite for bleed builds.
Capturing or killing Eidolon Hydrolysts can award it, and Baro Ki'Teer sells it for Ducats and Credits whenever it is in his stock. Note that the Slash bonus does not boost the bleed proc itself, so aim for hits that actually apply status.
Buzz Kill was added with Update 14.7 (September 2014).
