Bore increases the Puncture damage of a pistol by 20% per rank, for a maximum of 120% at rank 5. It can be combined with No Return and Jugulus Spines for a 300% Puncture increase.
The wiki lists the Razorback Armada event near an attacked Relay, with a 5.53% chance in Rotation A, plus enemy drops. It matters for pistols with strong Puncture damage that want an armor-piercing boost.
