Body Count is a common Melee mod that extends the duration of the Melee Combo Counter. The base duration of 5 seconds grows to 17 seconds at max rank.
The wiki lists Rotation C of Necralisk bounties on the Cambion Drift as its mission source. A longer combo window makes it easier to hold combo-based mods like Blood Rush active during fights.
Body Count was added with Hotfix 18.4.1 (January 2016).
