Blood Rush is an uncommon Melee mod that increases critical chance as the Melee Combo Counter increases. It multiplies critical chance based on combo tier, and gives little without a combo.
The wiki lists Rotation A of Necralisk bounties on the Cambion Drift as its mission source, with chances of up to about 13% at a final stage. It is a core crit-melee mod once you can keep your combo going.
Blood Rush was added with Hotfix 18.4.1 (January 2016).
