Berserker Fury temporarily increases a melee weapon's attack speed for 10 to 20 seconds when you kill an enemy, stacking up to two times. It cannot be equipped with Fury or Primed Fury.
The wiki lists Duviri Circuit tiers 4 and 6 and enemy drops as sources. The attack speed bonus is additive with other sources, so it fits kill-chain melee builds.
Berserker Fury was added with Update 10.0 (September 2013).
