Telos Boltace is the Arbiters of Hexis Syndicate variant of the Boltace. While equipped it increases the velocity or duration of certain maneuvers, and its slide attacks vacuum nearby enemies toward you.
You can buy it from the Arbiters of Hexis for 125,000 Standing once you reach Rank 5 (Maxim). It is not the free rank-up pick, but it can be traded as an unranked copy without Forma or Orokin Catalyst. The slide vacuum is great for grouping enemies before slams.
Telos Boltace was added with Update: The Silver Grove 2.0 (September 2016).
Requires Mastery Rank 11.
Telos Boltace is tradable, see the current prices in the market box above.
