Sibear is a large hammer with a head made entirely of Cryotic, which deals Cold damage on its attacks. A heavy attack raises its Status Chance, so it is ideal for inflicting status effects on enemies.
The blueprint can be purchased from the Market and crafted in the Foundry. The recipe also needs a Magistar. Slow enemies with Cold procs and finish them with heavy slams.
Sibear was added with Update 18.8 (April 2016).
