Pulmonars are Infested nunchaku that deal Viral damage, giving you a fleshy, fast-swinging weapon with health-halving procs.
The blueprint can be purchased from the Market and crafted in the Foundry. Viral procs make them useful against high-health targets, so pick them for enemies with big health pools.
