Pennant is a two-handed nikana used by Railjack crews in the Old War. It has high critical chance and critical multiplier, and gains attack speed after you kill an enemy with a Heavy Attack.
The main blueprint drops from defeating a Blite Captain, Glacik Commander, Lektro Commander or Pyr Captain in Empyrean missions at Kasio's Rest (Saturn Proxima), Flexa (Veil Proxima) or sometimes Korms Belt (Earth Proxima). The pickup is shared across the squad and can be traded. Squad up for Empyrean runs so everybody gets the blueprint from the same drop.
Pennant was added with Update 27.0 (December 2019).
Requires Mastery Rank 7.
