Lecta is a whip made by the Corpus that deals Electricity damage, giving you a long-reach option with a chance to stun enemies.
You can buy the blueprint in the Market or receive it by completing the Saturn to Uranus Junction. A solid whip for lightning-flavoured builds and for collecting mastery in the whip category.
Lecta was added with Update 11.0 (November 2013).
