Lacera is a Tenno blade and whip with extreme status chance, which makes it great at spreading procs quickly. A Ceti variant exists with better crit stats.
The blueprint is researched in the Tenno Lab of a clan dojo, then crafted by clan members in the Foundry. Go for slash or toxin procs and condition-based mods to use that status chance.
Lacera was added with Update 18.0 (December 2015).
