Kestrel is a melee throwing weapon similar to the Glaive that can bounce off surfaces when thrown. Unlike the Glaive, a Kestrel throw knocks down any enemy it hits at range, which makes it great for control.
The blueprint is available in the Market and crafted in the Foundry. Pair the knockdown with a ranged playstyle if you want to keep enemies on the floor while you pick them off.
Kestrel was added with Update 8.1 (June 2013).
