Hespar is a heavy scythe wielded by Thrax Centurions, so it comes from the Orokin-corrupted enemy group of the Void and swings wide, heavy arcs.
The main blueprint comes from Tier 4 Chrysalith Bounties. The blade blueprint drops from Void Armageddon and the handle blueprint from Void Cascade. All components except the main blueprint can be traded. Trade for the tradable parts if you only need to complete the missing pieces.
Hespar was added with Update 31.5 (April 2022).
