Halikar is a Grineer throwing mace similar to the Glaive, and the Drahk Master's weapon of choice. Thrown attacks have a chance to disarm the enemies they hit.
The blueprint is on sale in the Market and crafted in the Foundry. It is a good throw weapon for crowd control, since the disarm effect takes enemies out of the fight.
Halikar was added with Update 15.0 (October 2014).
