Fragor Prime is the Prime variant of the Fragor with higher damage, critical chance, critical multiplier and status chance, paid for with slower attacks. It also starts with an initial combo count of 30 and debuted with Vauban Prime and Akstiletto Prime.
Blueprint and parts drop from Void Relics, which you open in Void Fissure missions; the relic list on this page shows where. The head start on combo makes it feel rewarding for heavy-attack builds.
Fragor Prime was added with Update 18.12 (May 2016).
