Ether Reaper is a scythe made from the same materials as the Ether Sword. Statistically it has the attack speed of the Reaper Prime and the proc chance of the Hate, but it deals the least damage of the four.
The blueprint is available in the Market, and you craft the weapon in the Foundry. It fits status-proc builds, though you need mods to make up for the low base damage.
