Everything the Foundry needs for Broken Scepter: the main blueprint, each part with its own blueprint, and the total cost.

Broken Scepter is the signature staff of the Grineer Elder Queen. Mostly Impact damage, it has a special ability: standing over a corpse lets you drain it to spawn health orbs from organic enemies or energy orbs from robotic ones.
A built copy is given on completing The War Within, with a free weapon slot and Orokin Catalyst, and a replay does not grant a second one. Additional blueprints can be bought from Cephalon Simaris for 100,000 Standing.
Broken Scepter was added with Update 19.0 (November 2016).
Requires Mastery Rank 7.
