Hec Hound is one of the robotic canine companions of the Sisters of Parvos. The parts of a Sister's Hound are rolled randomly when she is created, so the exact model depends on your hunt.
You inherit the Hound when you vanquish its Sister, and each vanquished Sister drops a random Hound component blueprint to assemble with Legs. Blueprints can be traded, but finished components and built Hounds cannot. Gild it afterward so that it counts toward Mastery Rank.
Hec Hound was added with Update 30.5 (July 2021).
