Odonata is the Archwing most players meet first, combining defensive powers that ward off ranged attacks with offensive abilities for damaging enemies at range. Energy Shell, for example, creates a barrier that blocks incoming fire.
Its main and component blueprints are rewarded during The Archwing quest. If you need another copy, Cephalon Simaris sells the component blueprints for 50,000 Standing and the main blueprint for 100,000 Standing.
Odonata was added with Update 15.0 (October 2014).

You receive the Odonata blueprints during The Archwing quest, and Cephalon Simaris sells additional copies for Standing.
