Theorem Demulcent increases weapon damage for 20 seconds on contact with the area of effect created by Residual Boils, Residual Malodor, Residual Shock or Residual Viremia. Multiple areas increase the rate of stacking.
It drops from Rotation C of Isolation Vault bounties, normal and Arcana, on the Cambion Drift. As with the other Theorem arcanes, it needs a Residual Arcane to create the area in the first place.
Theorem Demulcent was added with Update 29.5 (November 2020).
