Secondary Outburst consumes all melee combo multipliers to increase your secondary weapon's Critical Chance and Critical Damage when you swap to it. The combo is consumed every time you switch to a secondary carrying Outburst.
It may appear as a weekly Steel Path Circuit reward on tiers 1, 3, 4, 6 or 7, can be bought from Acrithis for 10 Pathos Clamp, or may drop from Undercroft portals on the Steel Path. Melee-first players who finish combos with a pistol get the best use.
Secondary Outburst was added with Update 33.5 (June 2023).
Secondary Outburst is tradable, see the current prices in the market box above.
