Arcanes
Secondary Fortifier steals 1 point of Overguard per 100 damage dealt and deals increased damage to Overguard. The Overguard cap is 15,000 at all ranks, and damage over time effects can steal as well.
The optional Sister of Parvos in Ascension can award it, Ordis in the Drifter's Camp sells it for 10 Vestigial Motes (210 total), and Nightcap in Fortuna offers it at rank 3 (Seeker) for 10 Fergolyte each. It shines against Eximus-heavy Overguard enemies.
Secondary Fortifier was added with Update 36.0 (June 2024).
Secondary Fortifier is tradable, see the current prices in the market box above.
