About Secondary Encumber
Secondary Encumber gives status effects from a secondary weapon a chance to apply an additional random status effect. It applies at most one extra status at a time, similar to a very short cooldown.
Rotation C of Mirror Defense can reward it, Otak in the Necralisk sells it for 60 Belric and 60 Rania Crystal Fragments per rank, and Nightcap in Fortuna sells it for 10 Fergolyte each at rank 3 (Seeker). Deepmines bounties can also drop it.
Secondary Encumber was added with Update 32.3 (February 2023).
