Primary Exhilarate adds Energy regeneration over time for 10 seconds when your weapon inflicts an Impact status effect, stacking up to 3 times. Casting an ability stops the energy generation.
It can be a weekly Steel Path Circuit reward on many tiers, sold by Acrithis for 10 Pathos Clamp on a daily rotation, or dropped from Undercroft portals on the Steel Path. Impact-heavy primaries get the most energy out of it.
Primary Exhilarate was added with Update 33.0 (April 2023).
Primary Exhilarate is tradable, see the current prices in the market box above.
