Arcanes
Arcane Velocity provides a 90% chance, whenever you land a critical hit, to increase the fire rate of your secondary weapons for 9 seconds. It stacks additively with fire rate mods such as Gunslinger.
It is awarded for killing or capturing the Eidolon Hydrolyst, drops in Rotation C of Orphix missions on Pluto Proxima and Veil Proxima, and is sometimes a weekly reward for Descendia Infernums. Crits from almost any source can trigger it.
Arcane Velocity was added with Update 17.9.1 (October 2015).
