Arcanes
Arcane Sculptor locks a Warframe's Ability Efficiency at up to 175% when it creates an object with an ability. It sets the value rather than adding to it, so it gives no benefit if your efficiency is already higher.
Hunhow at Pontis Tower sells it for 10 Emerald Talent and 10 Crimson Talent, and it also drops from the completion bonuses of Uranus Proxima missions. Warframes that build walls, orbs or turrets with their abilities get the best value.
Arcane Sculptor was added with Update 43.0 (June 2026).
