Arcane Rise has a 60% chance, when you reload any weapon, to increase the damage of primary weapons for 24 seconds. It works especially well on primaries with very small magazines, such as the Vectis and the Exergis.
Rotation B of Conjunction Survival on Lua can reward it, and Archimedean Yonta sells it for 15 Lua Thrax Plasm each, 315 in total for max rank. Reload often to keep it running.
Arcane Rise was added with Update 32.2 (November 2022).
