Be aware that the damage over time effect is the only part that is blocked.
It is awarded for killing or capturing the Eidolon Teralyst, drops in Rotation C of Orphix missions on Venus Proxima and Veil Proxima, and is sometimes a weekly reward for finishing Infernums in the Descendia. Use it against Toxin-heavy enemies.
Arcane Resistance was added with Update 16.0 (March 2015).
