Arcane Reaper gives health regeneration over time plus armor for 10 seconds whenever you get a melee kill. It can also activate from Exalted Weapon melee attacks.
It may appear as a weekly Steel Path Circuit reward on tiers 2, 6, 7 or 8, and Acrithis sells it for 20 Pathos Clamp on a daily rotation. It can also drop from Undercroft portals on the Steel Path. Trading it requires Mastery Rank 11 or higher.
Arcane Reaper was added with Update 33.0 (April 2023).
