Arcane Pulse gives a 60% chance to replenish additional health for you and allies within 25 meters when a Health Orb is picked up, with a 15 second cooldown. It combines well with Nekros' Despoil augment.
It is awarded for capturing the Eidolon Gantulyst and drops in Rotation C of Orphix missions on Venus Proxima and Veil Proxima. It sells for 1,000 Credits if you end up with duplicates.
Arcane Pulse was added with Update 16.0 (March 2015).
