Arcanes
Arcane Primary Charger has a 30% chance, when you kill an enemy with a melee weapon, to raise primary weapon damage for 12 seconds. The buff is additive to damage mods, so even a modest Braton benefits from it.
It is awarded from Arbitrations missions and sold in the Arbiters of Hexis room in Relays for 10 Vitus Essence. It is the mirror image of Blade Charger and fits loadouts that switch back and forth between melee and rifle.
Arcane Primary Charger was added with Hotfix 25.7.6 (September 2019).
