Arcane Pistoleer has a 60% chance, when a secondary weapon kills with a weak point hit, to raise Ammo Efficiency by 102% for 12 seconds. At rank 5 no ammo is consumed while it is active.
It is awarded from Arbitrations missions and sold by the Arbitrations vendor in the Arbiters of Hexis room in Relays for 10 Vitus Essence. Headshot-focused pistol builds get the most from it.
