Arcane Phantasm provides a 45% chance, after you successfully perform a melee block, to increase your Warframe's movement speed for 18 seconds. It is a niche choice for block-based melee playstyles.
It is awarded for the Eidolon Gantulyst, drops in Rotation C of Orphix missions on Pluto Proxima and Veil Proxima, and can be a weekly Circuit reward on several tiers. It sells for 500 Credits if you do not need it.
Arcane Phantasm was added with Update 16.0 (March 2015).
