It is awarded for killing or capturing the Eidolon Teralyst, drops in Rotation C of Orphix missions on Venus, Neptune and Pluto Proxima, and may appear as a Tier 1, 3 or 9 Circuit reward on a weekly rotation. Bring it when Magnetic enemies are a threat to your shields.
Arcane Nullifier was added with Update 16.0 (March 2015).
