Arcane Grace has a 9% chance, whenever you receive health damage, to regenerate a percentage of your health per second for 9 seconds. It can also be triggered together with Combat Discipline.
It is awarded for capturing the Eidolon Hydrolyst and drops in Rotation C of Orphix missions on Veil Proxima. Trading requires Mastery Rank 11 or higher, so ask a friend if you cannot farm the Hydrolyst yourself.
Arcane Grace was added with Update 16.0 (March 2015).
