Arcane Escapist gives the Escapist buff on Mercy Kills, and stacking it provides a revive and Invulnerability when you take fatal damage. The stacks last indefinitely until they are used.
One copy can be bought each week from Kaya Velasco in the Höllvania Central Mall for 5 Pix Chip, and it is also a random reward from Temporal Archimedea. Trading it requires Mastery Rank 11 or higher.
